Many print & scan issues can also be cleared over the phone or remotely on the spot.
On site services for your copier/ printers/ computers: Our technicians don’t have “territories”, are cross trained and carry car stock. With that, our response time amazing! If the equipment is down, you are a priority call, 30 to 90 minutes. Oh, run out of toner? your down? We hand deliver within 30 to 90 minutes. Our technicians clear with you and discuss the problem and solution at the end of the call.
